Privacy notice
What we do with your email address.
When you request early access, you give us one piece of personal data: your email address. This notice explains what we keep, why, for how long, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect

- When you signed up
- To keep the list in order and know how old a record is.
- Your consent
- The exact wording you agreed to, so we can show what you said yes to.
- The page you signed up on
- So we know which page the request came from.
We don't collect your name, phone number or any financial information, and we don't store your IP address.
Why we use it
Only to email you about LandX: early access, the first subscription window, and material changes to the product. We don't sell your email, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the sign-up list. Its infrastructure may be located outside India.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person, not a bot. To do that it processes your IP address and browser signals at the moment you submit; we don't receive or keep them.
How long we keep it
Until LandX opens its first subscription window, or 24 months from when you signed up, whichever comes first — or sooner, if you withdraw your consent. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Withdraw consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. We'll stop emailing you and delete your address.
- Ask what we hold about you and how we've used it.
- Correct or erase your data.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapacitated.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied with our answer.
To do any of these, email landxplatform@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your email, we'll update this page and, where the change is material, email you before it takes effect.
